Brabantse Golf: exclusive seminar venue in Melsbroek with stylish rooms and golfing experience

The historic castle ‘Cleyn Hoff’ in Melsbroek offers a full golfing experience with an 18-hole, par 72, four-star eco-golf course. Facilities include a driving range, chipping and putting greens, and plenty of scenic spots with the Floordam forest in the background. The imposing 18th-century castle, now serving as the clubhouse, has a rich history and is tastefully lit up at night.

The rustic brasserie serves small dishes and daily fresh lunches for 60 guests, while the exclusive restaurant seats 32 covers. Here you can enjoy breakfast, brunch, generous buffet, spicy BBQ or à la carte dinners. Menus start from €39, with à la carte options from €16. The garden and terraces can accommodate 160 diners or over 200 standing room when the weather is nice.

Located in a large green area north of the airport, close to the main ring road around Brussels and the E-19 motorway, the venue is easily accessible with a large free car park in the castle lane. The clubhouse is closed on Mondays, except public holidays. Golf, halls and catering are only closed on Christmas Day and New Year.

Infrastructure

The castle has three rooms, ideal for business and private events:

  • Panorama Room: A glass annex with unique views of the greenery and a 10-metre-wide projection wall, suitable for 150 seats theatre-style, 160 for dinner at table and 220 for receptions or walking dinners.
  • Lounge/Board Room: A stylish space with designer furniture by Vitra, excellent acoustics, private bar and separate entrance, ideal for discreet top-level meetings for up to 18 people.
  • Meeting Room: Accommodates 50 chairs or 20 people at work tables.

Various catering formulas are available, adaptable with breakfast, coffee break, lunch, reception to luxury gastronomy. Rental prices are €1,250 for the Panorama Room, €950 for the Lounge/Board Room and €300 for the Meeting Room, including “state of the art” technical equipment.
