The ground-floor reception hall of the provincial government building leads to a spacious public corridor that groups a series of equipped meeting rooms. To the left of the corridor are the large meeting rooms (provincial council chamber, auditorium & Track 95). To the right are the small meeting rooms for groups of 10 to 34 people, as well as the catering corners and the visitors’ rooms.

The auditorium can accommodate 220 audience members. The provincial council chamber with a semi-circle of 84 work tables has a max capacity of 120 people. Finally, there is Track 95, the multipurpose hall, which is good for 240 seats in theatre seating or 350 standing guests. Streaming from these rooms can be provided subject to cooperation with an external, technical partner.

There is also the press room (max. capacity of 35 people), which is ideal for press conferences and briefings. Recently, you can also use Klein Rijsel for your breakfast or lunch meeting. Here a maximum of 20 people can be accommodated.

On 30 April 2024 the province of Flemish Brabant expanded its meeting centre in the Provinciehuis. The former library and some offices on the first floor were converted into contemporary conference and meeting rooms with modern technical facilities. A new staircase in the entrance hall connects the existing ground-floor meeting centre with this new infrastructure. So get to know our 2 classrooms soon, our contemporary auditorium and Vanhumbeek-Piron or discover our multipurpose room, Spoor 24.

The Province House is within walking distance of the railway station and Leuven city centre. There is (limited) parking underneath the building or in the immediate vicinity (e.g. De Bond car park).

You can also visit our house caterer. There is something for everyone and for every budget.

So get to know our offer quickly! One of our reception advisers is available from your request up to and including the day of the activity. Together with the technical team, they will ensure a smooth start-up and a professional welcome for your guests. So we hope to welcome you soon!
