The Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel features 20 event-and meeting spaces and has one of the biggest ballrooms in the area where you can host events up to 750 guests. The meeting rooms are divided over 2 floors: our atrium level and a high floor with boardrooms. Situated on the first level, the Atrium is a floor exclusively dedicated to conferences and meetings; the Atrium Level hosts the majority of our meeting guests. This area of the hotel offers several flexible meeting spaces, different break-out rooms and a foyer to welcome all your guests.

The Galaxy is our largest meeting room and features 714 sqm of meeting space with a ceiling of 3,8m. This conference hall is the most spacious of the hotel and can accommodate up to 450 guests for dinner and 750 people in theater setting. If desired, the Galaxy can be subdivided into 3 separate rooms and extended to include two additional breakout rooms. The possibility to add the hotel’s Atrium creates 782 sqm of extra meeting space.

Located on the hotel’s top floor, Sheraton facilitates nine boardrooms with views over the airport’s runways. The boardrooms can accommodate up to 6 to 12 guests.

These meeting rooms are fully equipped with ergonomic chairs, whiteboards and a separate foyer.

The Sheraton Brussels Airport offers a Belgian Cuisine through in-house banqueting and à la carte at the Gullivers Restaurant.
