The Mercure Antwerp City Centre offers 5 multifunctional meeting rooms. The ‘Sheffield  1 & 2’ meeting room is on the ground floor and is our biggest meeting room at 110m². It has a maximum capacity of 80pax in theatre style or 60 people in classroom style. We can also divide the Sheffield room into two different meeting rooms at 55m² a piece. The meeting room ‘Brussels’ on the ground floor is 66m² in size.

For your smaller meetings we offer 2 smaller boardrooms with natural daylight. The boardroom ‘Antwerp’ is located on the top floor of the hotel with an exquisite view over Antwerp. It covers a total area of 28m² and can hold up to 8 people, perfect for executive meetings. The ‘Blue Diamond’ boardroom is located next to our lobby and provides room for 6 people. You can rent this boardroom starting from €25 for half a day.

Our meeting package is budget friendly offering great value for money and is set in a stunning setting. In short the I LOVE MY SANDWICH Meeting Package is only €40 per person per day.

The following items are included:

  • Full day meeting room rental (8 hours)
  • Use of our AV equipment such as a beamer, flipchart, pen, paper and a pointer
  • Throughout the whole day you get free water and snacks, also freshly brewed coffee and tea in the lobby
  • Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and meeting rooms
  • Delicious sandwich lunch where you can compose your own sandwich. You can cut your own bread, choose your filling and your side salad. Choose from a nicely presented buffet with different types of bread, salads, cold cuts and cheeses. End your lunch with a selection of desserts or some healthy fruit. Including water, tea, coffee and soft drinks
  • Two coffee breaks with some sweets and a real Starbucks Frappuccino®
  • Meeting room can be arranged according to your wishes
