De Melkerij is a unique event venue in a renovated historic building in Bavegem. The former water mill building has 3 multifunctional spaces with an industrial look and retained authentic elements. These spaces can be hired separately or combined and offer numerous possibilities for various events. In addition, De Melkerij offers lush outdoor surroundings, ample parking facilities and a separate meeting room for up to 10 people.

From 2 to 290 people. We will be happy to organise your staff party, teambuilding, seminar, networking event, product launch, etc. Our professional open kitchen is also ideally suited to holding workshops or cooking demonstrations.

The location is rented as a shell, which means that you can select the layout, decoration and caterer according to your style. This way, we always guarantee an exclusive experience!

Easy access

De Melkerij is a 10-minute drive from the E40 Wetteren exit and a 15-minute drive from the E40 Erpe-Mere exit. We have 6 parking spaces at the building itself. Other cars can park in the spacious private car park 1 minute’s walk away.
