Welcome at our four locations in Berchem, Brussels, Diegem and Ghent where we treat our customers/Members to an inspiring work environment. All of our facilities are integrated in one application which facilitates you in accessing the car park, taking coffee or entering our meeting rooms.

Work as you are

What about MeetDistrict Diegem as your work hub? Maybe in one of our PrivateOffices for up to +25 work spaces, or at your own desk in our SharedOffice. Those who prefer to work clean desk, can book a FlexSeat in our LoudDistrict or SilentDistrict, or find a spot in our SocialSpace if you love to work in a buzzing environment. You decide how and where you work, we make sure you are accommodated to do so.

Use one of our PhoneBooths or book a MeetBox when you have something to discuss. Next to the presentation screens, notebooks and pens which all MeetBoxes are standardly equipped with, several other features can be requested for to tailor to your needs.

Book one of our BreakOut Rooms when you envision your project on a larger scale. In these creative rooms, we can offer space for up to 90 people. When your vision is even larger, we’d love to find a moment together to talk about other options.

Our work day unfolds right where are customers are, so we are always willing to help when questions, remarks or feedback arise. Because that too is serviced workspace, and we serve it with a smile.

Welcome to the ideal work environment. This type of place needs to look good, is efficient, healthy, sustainable and removes the burden from its users. Our corporate yet inviting and bright interior is completely integrated with the MeetDistrict application which allows our Members to independently book and manage our meeting and work facilities. CO² gets monitored everywhere in the building and also our material choices and internet connection are not taken lightly. It’s fair to say we evidently strive towards an ideal workspace.

You’ll find MeetDistrict Diegem next to the second ring road around Brussels and at only ten minutes walking distance from both bus stops and the Diegem train station. Looking outside of the window you’ll see how planes come and go at Brussels Airport. More than only being an optimal work environment, we are the perfect starting point for your business trip as well.

During your lunch break you can use our basic kitchen amenities, but also turn to nearby lunch options or several delivery services. Or simply ask team MeetDistrict to arrange something for you. We are happy to help!
