MeetDistrict offers smart, healthy and flexible workspaces for everyone who is looking for full serviced office, event or meeting arrangements.

Our four locations in Berchem, Brussels, Diegem and Ghent stand out as stylish, inspiring and smart work environments where our Community Hosts make sure our customers/Members are tailored to their very needs in every location. Additionally, being a Member at MeetDistrict grants access to our application which enables overarching features, such as accessing the parking lot, ordering coffee or entering a meeting room.

Work as you are

Discover MeetDistrict Gent as your work hub. Either in one of our PrivateOffices for up to +30 work spaces, or at your own attributed desk in the SharedOffice. Do you want a bit more variation? Then book a FlexSeat in our cowork spaces: the LoudDistrict or SilentDistrict. If you prefer a more vivid environment, our SocialSpace is the ideal match. What your day looks like and where you spend it is your choice, we take charge of all practicalities.

Something to discuss in private? Our PhoneBooths and MeetBoxes will do the job. Next to their basic amenities such as a presentation screen, notebooks and pens, these meetings rooms can be equipped with several more facilities to get the maximum out of your meeting.

Something larger scheduled? Then book our BoardRoom, BreakOut Rooms or PitchArena, suited for up to 80 people. For even larger groups we can offer you the Auditorium or one of our MarketPlaces.

MeetDistrict guarantees an efficient, healthy, sustainable and practical work environment. Enjoy a bright interior – corporate, yet cosy – and don’t worry about the CO² levels or internet speed. Trust our sustainability choices and make use of our MeetDistrict application which allows you to independently book and manage our work and meeting facilities. These are just a few examples that demonstrate how we wish to create an optimal work environment.

MeetDistrict Gent is situated in the Ghelamco Arena next to the Ghent ring road. The bus that stops next to the stadium brings you directly to Gent-Sint-Pieters train station. Yes, you read that correctly: enjoy this unique location and treat yourself to a meeting with a view on KAA Gent’s football field.

Lunch? We naturally have some basic kitchen amenities available, but next to that you can always hop in on our neighbours of Albert Heijn or enjoy one of the lunch options nearby. Or don’t mind asking Team MeetDistrict to take this out of your hands too. Happy to help!
