Brabanthal: space for events

At 6000 m², Brabanthal is easily the largest event hall in Flemish Brabant. It is the ideal space for organising a trade fair, exhibition, office function, product launch or conference. Organisers of events for the general public also find their way to Brabanthal: examples include book fairs, interior décor fairs, wedding fairs, beer festivals, children’s happenings, fashion shows and plays. As a concert space or party venue, it can welcome up to 9000 fans.

The complex consists of a large multi-purpose hall (4258 m², divisible into two) and a foyer (1080 m²) which can be used separately or together. The clear height of 14.5 metres is a considerable advantage. During fairs and exhibitions, visitors can go to the cafeteria for a light meal or something more substantial. Brabanthal is also eminently suitable for your smaller events: it has 10 other multi-purpose rooms, including a magnificent auditorium, where you can welcome 15 to 150 guests. But Brabanthal’s real strength is the outstanding services it provides, tailored to the customer’s requirements.

Experienced project managers supervise your event from start to finish. Arranging catering to suit your needs and budget, ordering furniture and plants, cleaning before, during or after your event, inspecting stands, renting a forklift – you can take sort absolutely anything out via Brabanthal. Moreover, the technical team takes care of all utility connections (electricity, water, Internet, etc.) and is standing by to help before, during and after the event.
