Domain Leeflank is a wine estate, brewery and event venue in rural Lede, East Flanders. Founded in 2016, the family business has a picturesque little castle surrounded by a vineyard. The stately mansion has been renovated into an event venue for private and corporate events. Inside, there are seminar rooms, break-out rooms and there is also a brewpub where tastings can continue after tours or workshops. In addition to these tours & tastings, it is possible to attend a beer brewing or kombucha brewing workshop led by our brewmaster Free.

With Domein Leeflank, you choose the southern France feeling in your own country. You choose for passion and craftsmanship, for a celebration in an intimate setting. For a seminar or teambuilding at a unique location.

Companies can hire our location to hold seminars, teambuildings, workshops, brainstorming sessions, mindfulness exercises, dinners, afterwork drinks, product presentations,…

Inside the manor house, we have some segregated meeting rooms available for you. The Chardonnay room, located on the second floor, can seat up to 49 people. Presence of beamer, wifi, flipchart and small kitchen on the same floor. If smaller groups also need to sit together, this can be done in the 3 break-out rooms on the first floor.

In the renovated basement of the manor house, there is room for 40 people walking dinner and for 30 people seated dinner. On the ground floor we have a dining room and lounge, still maintained in very good condition, dating from 1869. Here, up to 20 people can dine or 50 people can join for a walking dinner. Our terrace can seat 100 people in good weather. When the weather is less good – or when it is too warm – there is room for 80 people under our stretch tent among the vines.

For catering, we work with several partners. To get concrete and good offers, we need a guide price per person and a desired style (walking dinner, seated dinner, food truck,…) what you expect of the catering or food. We have catering partners with foodtrucks à volonté formula (e.g. pizza, pasta, paella,…), bbq-partners who cook live on their ofyr/tiger fire, but also private chefs who compose and prepare a tailor-made menu for you. This way we can give you a good tailor-made offer. Providing your own catering is always possible, but we also expect the caterer you provide to clean up and leave everything as he/she found it.
