Waregem expo consists of:

– 1 event hall of 3,800 m², divisible into 2 parts
– 1 hall of 600 m²

Additional assets: There are no support pillars in either hall (completely free space). We operate a transparent pricing policy for renting out the accommodation. In addition, assembly and disassembly days are half price.

Waregem expo is a modern and versatile exhibition and event hall built in 2006 to contemporary standards. Its multifunctional possibilities are appreciated by organisers. Waregem expo welcomes more than 150,000 visitors every year. The freedom of catering, suppliers, …. and its good location make Waregem expo the “Place to be” for organising your event, fair, party, ….

Catering:

Waregem expo is completely free of catering, there is no buy-out fee. Choose your own drinks supplier or beer merchant, caterer, …. adapted to your event.

When organising your event at Waregem expo, you will be able to vouch for the sale of drinks and/or food yourself.

Freedom of suppliers:

Organising your event with trusted suppliers couldn’t be easier! Waregem expo leaves you completely free to choose your suppliers.

Professional support for your event:

If you wish, we can use our expertise from our network to lend a hand in bringing in a number of suppliers from the region, completely free of obligation. If you prefer to outsource a number of tasks, our staff will gladly take on this task. This leaves you, the organiser, with more time for the other aspects of your event.

Extensive parking facilities:

At the Waregem expo site there is a 650-space car park. In addition, in the immediate vicinity (300m) there are further car parks for more than 1,000 cars

Accessibility:

Waregem expo is located on the busiest European motorway, E17, and is only 2 km from exit 5. Access to Waregem is completely traffic jam-free. Waregem expo is 15′ from Ghent and about 20′ from Lille, from Brussels or Antwerp it takes 45′.

You and your visitors can also easily get to Waregem expo by public transport. There is a bus stop at Waregem expo, and the railway station is only 1km away.
