We have every item of professional projection and sound equipment to ensure that your business meetings run efficiently and smoothly. We provide the right conditions and the necessary infrastructure for your seminar or product launch, as well as customised catering. A breakfast buffet, a light business lunch, a stand-up buffet dinner or an informal barbecue in the garden – anything is possible!

· Accessibility

It’s very simple for your business associates or staff to get to your venue, as Kattebroek is located a stone’s throw from Brussels, just 500 metres from exit 12 on the Brussels Ring. At the same time, the venue enjoys a peaceful position in an oasis of green. Your visitors won’t have any parking worries, either: there are no fewer than 250 parking spaces available in the grounds!

· Venue

Whatever type of meeting or business event you want to organise, we are sure to have a suitable room available. Both our small and our large conference spaces feature tall glass windows for maximum natural light and superb views of our gardens.

For larger events, there is also the possibility of placing the entire estate at your disposal. Your event will be given our undivided attention and you will enjoy the completely exclusive use of all rooms, terraces and gardens, parking and other facilities.

You can rely on professional, high-tech audiovisual equipment to ensure your speeches and presentations come across clearly. There are several projection screens and even mobile screens available, and what’s more, you can reach your guests over the sound system not just in the rooms but on the terraces and verandas too.

· Connectivity

There are easy-to-use central controls at your disposal for the sound and light systems, although you are also provided with technical support. There is also free Wi-Fi in all rooms, with no password.

· Meals

During coffee breaks, lunch or the concluding party we will treat your guests to exquisite gourmet dishes prepared exclusively with fresh, high-quality products. Moreover, all meals are served to suit your requirements. Depending on the weather, we can also receive your guests for coffee breaks in the verandas, on the terraces or in the garden.
